1.Privacy Policy

  • For service inquiries (e.g., equipment rental, training, or other services): contact details and project requirements.

2.Terms & Conditions

By using dzit.my and engaging with our services, you agree to the following:

  • Products & Services
    • Online purchases and offline services are both subject to availability.
    • For services (e.g., rentals), details such as pricing, duration, and responsibilities will be confirmed in writing (quotation or agreement).
  • Pricing & Payment
    • E-commerce prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
    • Service pricing will be stated in official quotations.
    • Payment terms (e.g., full payment, deposit) will be specified at the time of order or agreement.
  • Liability
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or external factors beyond our control.
    • For rented equipment, customers are responsible for proper usage and safekeeping until returned.
  • Governing Law
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

3.Return & Refund Policy

E-commerce Purchases:

Eligibility & Conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Non-returnable / Non-refundable items: Digital goods, software, promotional items, and personalized/custom orders.

Refunds:

  • Full refunds (100%) are provided only before the order is shipped.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days after approval.

Shipping / Return Costs:

  • If the return is due to the company’s error (e.g., defective or wrong item), the company will cover return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to the customer’s change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

Damaged / Defective Items:

  • Customers must report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence such as photos or videos may be requested to process the return/refund.

Process:

  • Contact our customer serviceĀ  via email/phone/portal with order details.
  • Await approval for the return.
  • Ship the item back within the approved period.

Services / Rentals:Ā 

Deposits:

  • Deposits paid are generally non-refundable, except where stated otherwise.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are only applicable if the service was not delivered as agreed or if rented equipment was defective upon delivery.
  • Requests must be submitted via customer service within 24 hours of service delivery or equipment receipt.

Process:

  • Contact our customer service with details of the service/equipment issue.
  • Provide evidence of non-delivery or defect, if applicable.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

4.Shipping/Delivery Policy

  • E-commerce Orders: Processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery takes 3–7 working days (Within Malaysia Only). Tracking details will be provided.
  • Services / Rentals: Delivery and setup will be arranged according to the agreed schedule and location stated in the quotation.

5.Cancellation Policy

  • E-commerce Orders: Cancellable within 24 hours if not yet processed/shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Services / Rentals:
    • Cancellations before acceptance of quotation = no charge.
    • After confirmation, deposits are non-refundable.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service delivery may incur additional charges.
